Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz) box dark chocolate brownie mix
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 large eggs, divided
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup raspberry preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions using melted butter, water, and 1 egg.
  2. Whisk together cream cheese, 1 egg, sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  3. Pour brownie batter into a parchment paper-lined 9-inch baking pan. Dollop cream cheese mixture and preserves over batter; swirl into batter using a toothpick or knife.
  4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
