Beef and Gravy over Egg Noodles
Steamed Green Beans
- 4 oz egg noodles
- ½ lb ground beef
- ⅔ cup less sodium beef broth
- 1 Tbsp brown gravy mix
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
- Add broth, gravy mix, cream, and Worcestershire sauce to beef. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring often, until thickened; serve over pasta.
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- Cook beans according to package directions. Toss with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
