Beef and Gravy over Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 oz egg noodles
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ⅔ cup less sodium beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp brown gravy mix
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
  3. Add broth, gravy mix, cream, and Worcestershire sauce to beef. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring often, until thickened; serve over pasta.

  • 1 cup frozen green beans
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook beans according to package directions. Toss with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
