Chicken-Broccoli Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (15-oz) already rolled out bakery pizza dough
  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until done.
  2. Place dough on a lightly greased pizza pan, pressing to edges. Spread sauce over dough. Top with chicken, broccoli, and cheeses.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until dough is browned and cheeses are melted.

  • ½ lb seedless green grapes
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 pint blueberries

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
