Chicken-Broccoli Alfredo Pizza
Grape, Blueberry, and Banana Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (15-oz) already rolled out bakery pizza dough
- 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until done.
- Place dough on a lightly greased pizza pan, pressing to edges. Spread sauce over dough. Top with chicken, broccoli, and cheeses.
- Bake 20 minutes or until dough is browned and cheeses are melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ lb seedless green grapes
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 pint blueberries
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
