Miniature Tiramisu Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg bakery sliced chocolate loaf cake
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup freshly brewed coffee, cooled and divided
  • ½ cup unsweetened baking cocoa

Instructions

  1. Cut loaf slices into rounds using a large biscuit cutter or the rim of a large glass; set aside.
  2. Beat cream, sugar, and ¼ cup coffee with a mixer in a medium bowl until soft peaks form; set aside.
  3. Pour ½ cup coffee into a shallow bowl. Dip half of cake rounds in coffee, and place in bottom of each of 4 dessert glasses. Divide half of cream mixture among glasses.
  4. Dip remaining cake rounds in coffee, and layer over cream mixture. Top with remaining cream; sprinkle with cocoa.
