1 (8-oz) block sharp white Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1½ cups finely chopped pecans
¾ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 (1-oz) pkg fresh dill
½ cup cranberries
1 (13.7-oz) box round buttery crackers
Instructions
Beat cream cheese, Cheddar, Parmesan, mayonnaise, chives, chopped dill, and lemon zest in a large bowl with a mixer at medium-low speed until blended. Cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
Shape cheese mixture into 1½-inch balls. Roll half of cheese balls in pecans and half in parsley. Arrange coated cheese balls in a wreath shape on a serving platter.
Separate dill into sprigs and garnish cheese ball wreath with dill sprigs and cranberries. Serve with crackers.
