Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix frozen berries, lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, and cornstarch in a large bowl.
Roll out thawed puff pastry, and cut into 4 rectangles. Place rectangles, 2 inches apart, on a baking sheet. Scoop berry mixture onto pastries, leaving about ½-inch border around edges. Fold edges over berries.
Brush edges of each pastry with beaten egg. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with frozen yogurt, if desired.
