Quick and Easy Bang Bang Shrimp
- 2 (25-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn shrimp
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp natural rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3 cups shredded green leaf lettuce
- 3 green onions, sliced
- Bake or fry shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha, vinegar, and honey in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
- Arrange lettuce on a platter; top with shrimp, and sprinkle with onions.
