Marinate Overnight and Grill
Grilled London Broil
Cinnamon-Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes and Green BeansIngredients
- 2 lb London broil
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Place steak in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, olive oil, and honey. Seal bag, turning to coat, and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill steak, covered, 7 to 10 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon, divided
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar, divided
- 6 Tbsp butter, divided
- 6 sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Cut a lengthwise slit in each potato; fluff with a fork. Add butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to each potato. Steam green beans according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet; rub with oil. Bake 45 minutes or until tender.
