Spreadable Herb Cheese

Ingredients

  • ½ cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 (4.25-oz) pkg table water crackers
  • 1 (7-oz) bag bagel crisps
  • 1 (3-oz) pkg thinly sliced prosciutto
  • ½ (7-oz) pkg thin sliced Italian dry salami
  • ½ lb seedless red grapes

Instructions

  1. Beat butter, cream cheese, garlic, herbs, and pepper in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed until blended. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 3 days.
  2. Allow cheese mixture to come to room temperature before serving with crackers, bagel crisps, prosciutto, salami, and grapes.
