Preheat oven to 400°F; line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack over foil.
Stir together all ingredients except marinara sauce. Shape into 1-inch balls; place on wire rack. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until centers are no longer pink.
Transfer meatballs to a skillet; add marinara sauce, and cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated.

6 Tbsp refrigerated light Caesar dressing
¼ tsp pepper
⅔ cup classic Caesar croutons
