¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving ⅓ cup pasta water.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, and cook 5 minutes or until browned and done. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add spinach dip to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water; cook, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes or until blended.
Divide pasta mixture between 2 shallow bowls; sprinkle with cheese.
