Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza Boats
Roasted Broccoli Spears and Carrots with RanchIngredients
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 3 sub rolls, split
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup pepperoni
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly.
- Meanwhile, hollow out sub rolls, leaving a ½-inch-thick shell. Brush hollowed out rolls with oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Place on a baking sheet and bake 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Spread pizza sauce over seasoning; top with sausage, pepperoni, and cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg baby carrots
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 head broccoli, cut into spears
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients except dressing on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Bake 20 minutes or until well browned. Serve with dressing for dipping.
