Ham Salad Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs, hard cooked and peeled
  • 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped celery
  • 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp minced green onion
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh tarragon
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks to a bowl. Mash yolks until smooth. Stir in ham, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, green onion, dill, tarragon, pepper, and salt until blended.
  2. Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Serve immediately, or chill up to 1 day.
