Chocolate Chip-Caramel Bars
- 2 (30-oz) pkg refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, divided
- ½ (11.5-oz) bottle dulce de leche
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Press one package cookie dough into bottom of a lightly greased 13-x-9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
- Drizzle dulce de leche over partially-baked cookie crust. Crumble remaining package of cookie dough over dulce de leche. Sprinkle with salt.
- Return to oven, and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until center is set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
