One Pot Creamy Beef and Pasta

Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¾ cup small shell pasta
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add flour, garlic powder, and paprika to beef. Cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in pasta and milk. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg classic iceberg salad
  • ¼ cup buttermilk Ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ (3.5-oz) pkg crispy onions

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; coarsely crumble bacon.
  2. Place lettuce on each plate. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cheese, bacon, and fried onions.
