Stout Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) bottle chocolate stout beer
  • 1½ oz semisweet chocolate baking bar, chopped
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • ¼ cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Heat beer in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until reduced to ½ cup, gently stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in chocolate until melted. Stir in half-and-half until well blended. Cook over low heat 1 to 2 minutes or until just beginning to simmer.
  3. Divide beer between 2 mugs. Top each with 2 Tbsp marshmallow fluff.
