Preheat oven to 400°F. Place crushed chips and Parmesan in a shallow dish. Whisk together eggs and 2 Tbsp milk in a separate shallow dish. Stir together flour and garlic salt in a third shallow dish.
Coat chicken in flour mixture, gently shaking off excess.
Dip chicken in egg mixture to coat; dredge in crushed chips, pressing gently to adhere. Place chicken on a lightly greased wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Meanwhile, stir together Ranch seasoning mix, 1 cup milk, and mayonnaise in a bowl until blended. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve with chicken tenders for dipping.
