Creamy Caramel Apple Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup caramel ice cream topping, divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1½ cups toffee bits, divided
  • 6 small Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into wedges
  • 1 (8.8-oz) pkg Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, ¼ cup caramel topping, and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Stir in marshmallow fluff and 1 cup toffee bits. Spoon into a serving bowl.
  2. Drizzle with ¼ cup caramel topping, and sprinkle with ½ cup toffee bits. Serve with apples and cookies.
