Instructions
Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, ¼ cup caramel topping, and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Stir in marshmallow fluff and 1 cup toffee bits. Spoon into a serving bowl.
Drizzle with ¼ cup caramel topping, and sprinkle with ½ cup toffee bits. Serve with apples and cookies.
