Manchego, Prosciutto, and Olive Skewers
Ingredients
- 2 (5.28-oz) wedges Manchego Cheese
- 1 (6-oz) pkg sliced prosciutto
- 24 large pitted black olives
- 24 bamboo skewers
- 3 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Cut cheese wedges into 24 (½-inch) cubes. Tear prosciutto slices in half.
- Arrange cheese cubes, prosciutto, and olives on bamboo skewers. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
