Manchego, Prosciutto, and Olive Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 (5.28-oz) wedges Manchego Cheese
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg sliced prosciutto
  • 24 large pitted black olives
  • 24 bamboo skewers
  • 3 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Cut cheese wedges into 24 (½-inch) cubes. Tear prosciutto slices in half.
  2. Arrange cheese cubes, prosciutto, and olives on bamboo skewers. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
