Whisk together milk, peanut butter, and eggs in a large bowl. Add chicken, and let stand 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400°F. Whisk together flour and nuts in a shallow bowl. Remove chicken from milk mixture; sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Cook chicken in hot oil, in batches, in a large skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer chicken to a lightly greased wire rack set on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
