Aperol-Berry Fizz

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup Aperol
  • 2 Tbsp simple syrup
  • 3 (6.8-oz) bottles tonic water
  • Garnish: strawberry and orange rose ice cubes, see Note

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, mint, and lemon juice to a mixing glass; muddle. Stir in Aperol and simple syrup.
  2. Divide Aperol mixture among 6 glasses; top each with tonic water. Garnish, if desired.
