Aperol-Berry Fizz
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blackberries
- 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup Aperol
- 2 Tbsp simple syrup
- 3 (6.8-oz) bottles tonic water
- Garnish: strawberry and orange rose ice cubes, see Note
- Add strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, mint, and lemon juice to a mixing glass; muddle. Stir in Aperol and simple syrup.
- Divide Aperol mixture among 6 glasses; top each with tonic water. Garnish, if desired.
