Slow-Cooker Greek Turkey Breast
Bacon-Balsamic Green Beans and Mashed PotatoesIngredients
- ½ cup water
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 (3-lb) frozen boneless turkey breast, thawed
Instructions
- Pour water into a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
- Combine oil, seasoning, and oregano; rub all over turkey. Place turkey in cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of breast registers 165°F.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 (20-oz) pkg all natural refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Meanwhile, microwave potatoes according to package directions.
- Cook beans in hot drippings over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender, stirring often; stir in crumbled bacon, vinegar, and pepper.
