Slow-Cooker Greek Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 (3-lb) frozen boneless turkey breast, thawed

Instructions

  1. Pour water into a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
  2. Combine oil, seasoning, and oregano; rub all over turkey. Place turkey in cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of breast registers 165°F.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg all natural refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
  2. Meanwhile, microwave potatoes according to package directions.
  3. Cook beans in hot drippings over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender, stirring often; stir in crumbled bacon, vinegar, and pepper.
