1 (8-oz) pkg mascarpone cheese (or use cream cheese)
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp unsweetened baking cocoa
1 (7-oz) pkg ladyfingers
1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries
Instructions
Stir together heavy cream and espresso powder in a small bowl until powder is dissolved.
Beat mascarpone cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until well blended. Add heavy cream mixture, and beat at medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
Transfer dip to a bowl. Sprinkle with cocoa. Serve immediately, or cover and chill. Serve with ladyfingers and strawberries for dipping.
