Deep-Dish Pork Lover's Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz) already rolled out bakery pizza dough
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg sweet Italian pork sausage, casings removed
  • 1 (3.5-oz) pkg pepperoni
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, quartered
  • 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Press dough into bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 12-inch cast-iron skillet; sprinkle with mozzarella.
  2. Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain. Spoon over mozzarella. Top with pepperoni and Canadian bacon.
  3. Stir together pasta sauce and seasoning; spoon over Canadian bacon in skillet. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and pizza is bubbly.
