2 (12-oz) pkg frozen peeled, extra large raw shrimp with tails, thawed
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 (10.5-oz) bottle cocktail sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut bacon slices crosswise into thirds. Wrap shrimp with bacon. Place wrapped shrimp, seam side down, on a lightly greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Meanwhile, whisk together oil, honey, garlic, and mustard in a bowl. Brush mixture over wrapped shrimp. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is browned and shrimp are pink.
Stir together cocktail sauce and mayonnaise. Serve with shrimp for dipping.
