Chicken Meatball Soup
Crusty Garlic Bread
- 1 (12-oz) pkg Italian style sausage with mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 cups less sodium chicken broth
- 1 (14.5-oz) can fire roasted crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours.
- ½ (16-oz) pkg frozen garlic bread
- Bake bread according to package directions.
