Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Add fish to skillet; cook 5 minutes. Turn fish over, add dill to skillet, and cook 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes with a fork. Spoon butter mixture from skillet over fish.

Side Dish Instructions
Preheat broiler. Cut bread in half lengthwise; place on a small baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes or until toasted.
Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Transfer to a bowl, and let cool slightly; stir in tzatziki until coated.
