Buttery Dill Salmon

Tzatziki Vegetables and French Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • ¾ lb salmon fillets
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Add fish to skillet; cook 5 minutes. Turn fish over, add dill to skillet, and cook 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes with a fork. Spoon butter mixture from skillet over fish.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 oz French bread
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
  • ⅓ cup tzatziki dip

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Cut bread in half lengthwise; place on a small baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes or until toasted.
  2. Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Transfer to a bowl, and let cool slightly; stir in tzatziki until coated.
