Barbecue-Ranch Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken drumsticks
  • 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
  2. Stir together barbecue sauce and dressing mix; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until chicken is done.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (4.7-oz) pkg cheesy scalloped potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook beans in boiling water to cover 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain again.
  2. Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic, and cook 30 seconds. Add beans and brown sugar; cook, stirring, 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
