Ingredients

  • 2 lb flank steak
  • 6 hoagie rolls, split
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, if desired. Grill steak, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Grill rolls, cut sides down, 1 minute.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and garlic; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until sauce is thickened.
  3. Thinly slice steak against the grain. Serve steak on toasted rolls, drizzled with sauce.



Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (22-oz) pkg frozen roasted potatoes
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg arugula
  • ½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Toss together arugula, cheese, oil, and lemon juice in a bowl just before serving; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
