Bourbon-Blueberry Limeade
- 2 (6-oz) pkg blueberries
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1½ cups bourbon
- ⅔ cup lime juice
- 6 Tbsp simple syrup
- Garnish: blueberries and lime slices
- Combine blueberries and water in a blender; process until smooth. Strain mixture; discard solids.
- Combine bourbon, blueberry mixture, lime juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher.
- Fill 6 Collins glasses half-full with ice. Divide bourbon mixture among glasses; garnish each with blueberries and lime slices.
