Meanwhile, cook patties in a large, hot skillet 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
Top each patty with 1 cheese slice.
Serve cheese-topped patties on buns with enchilada sauce mixture and crushed tortilla chips. Serve immediately.
