Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously coat a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange bottom buns in dish.
Spread marinara on buns in dish; top with bell pepper and onion medley, mushrooms, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Cover with bun tops, gently pressing down. Brush with oil, and cover with foil.
Bake 15 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and sliders are thoroughly heated.

⅔ cup sliced English cucumber
⅔ cup grape tomatoes
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
¼ cup pitted kalamata olives
2 Tbsp refrigerated red wine vinaigrette
