Beef Stroganoff Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef, mushrooms, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in dressing mix, broth, and sour cream. Cook until slightly thickened. Spoon into a bowl; cover, and refrigerate up to 3 days.
- Preheat broiler. Spread butter on cut sides of buns. Place on a baking sheet, and broil until toasted.
- Reheat beef mixture in microwave until thoroughly heated. Serve beef mixture on toasted buns with cheese.
