Lemon-Dill Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-oz) block dill Havarti cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 (12-oz) jars marinated quartered artichokes, drained
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 (7.2-oz) bag everything pretzel crisps
  • ½ (13.7-oz) pkg round buttery crackers
  • ½ (9.5-oz) pkg sea salt and olive oil oven baked crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a large bowl with a mixer at medium speed until blended. Stir in artichokes and lemon zest.
  2. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 10-inch ovenproof skillet or 2-quart baking dish, and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately with crackers.
