Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a large bowl with a mixer at medium speed until blended. Stir in artichokes and lemon zest.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 10-inch ovenproof skillet or 2-quart baking dish, and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately with crackers.
