Cake Batter Fudge
- 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup dry yellow cake mix
- 1 (12-oz) pkg white chocolate chips
- ⅔ cup assorted candy sprinkles
- Line an 8- x 8-inch pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
- Whisk together condensed milk and cake mix in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add white chocolate chips, and microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted, stirring after each interval. Cool 2 minutes.
- Gently fold in half of candy sprinkles; immediately pour into prepared pan. Sprinkles may bleed if over-mixed.
- Top fudge with remaining sprinkles. Chill for at least 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares to serve.
