Greek Steak and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ lb top sirloin steak
  • ½ Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg arugula
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 6 Tbsp Greek vinaigrette
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub steak with oil; sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Cook steak 5 to 6 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion reads 145°F. Remove from heat, cover and set aside.
  3. Toss together arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, and vinaigrette. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Thinly slice steak across the grain, and serve alongside salad.
