Creamy Ranch Shrimp Pasta
Simple Roasted AsparagusIngredients
- 4 oz fettuccine
- ½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup less sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook shrimp in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium; add cream, broth, and dressing mix, and cook 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in green onion. Serve mixture over pasta.

- ¾ lb asparagus, trimmed
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until asparagus is tender and lightly charred.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
