Ranch Pork and Potatoes
Garlic Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless pork chops
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 1½ lb small red potatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange pork chops on two large greased rimmed baking sheets. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together oil and dressing mix. Toss together potatoes and oil mixture. Arrange potatoes around pork. Brush any remaining dressing on pork.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until pork chops are done and potatoes are tender.

- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam broccoli according to package directions. Toss together broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
