Beef and Cheese Tortellini

Caesar Salad and Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (28-oz) can fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
  • 1⅔ cups marinara sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir in tortellini. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Divide among 6 plates; sprinkle with cheese.

  • 1 (16-oz) loaf frozen garlic bread

  1. Prepare salads according to package directions.
  2. Bake bread according to package directions.
