Sausage and Brussels Sprouts Ravioli
- 2 (10-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 (16-oz) pkg sweet Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup unsalted chicken broth
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until beginning to brown.
- Add Brussels sprouts, and cook, stirring, 5 minutes. Add broth; bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Divide ravioli among 6 shallow bowls; top with sausage mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
