Easy Raspberry Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) carton vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 (3.4-oz) pkg cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 (8-oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Whisk together yogurt and pudding mix in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in raspberries; fold in whipped topping until blended.
  2. Spoon into small cups or glasses. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with more raspberries and, if desired, mint.
