Dill Pickle Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup mayonaise
  • ⅓ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
  • 1 cup pickled red onion
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh dill, minced

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, and honey in a large bowl. Add cabbage and all remaining ingredients; toss. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
