Dill Pickle Coleslaw
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup mayonaise
- ⅓ cup rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- 1 cup pickled red onion
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh dill, minced
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, and honey in a large bowl. Add cabbage and all remaining ingredients; toss. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
