Spaghetti-Sauce Potatoes
Tomato-Caesar Salad and Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 6 russet potatoes
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onion
- 1 (24-oz) jar garlic and basil pasta sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prick each potato several times with a fork. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes, and turn potatoes. Microwave 5 to 7 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain, and return to skillet. Add pasta sauce; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Split hot potatoes and fluff with a fork; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Spoon saucy beef over potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.

- 2 (11.5-oz) Caesar salad kits
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 (16-oz) loaf frozen garlic bread
Side Dish Instructions
- Prepare salads according to package directions; add tomatoes. Toss.
- Bake bread according to package directions.
