Buttery Broccoli Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets (or use frozen)
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 2 (16-oz) pkg gnocchi
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add gnocchi, spreading in a single layer in skillet. Cook 8 minutes until crisp and tender, turning to brown on all sides.
  3. Add garlic, broccoli, and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
