Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9- x 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper; coat with cooking spray.
Stir together yogurt, vanilla, eggs, and oil until blended. Stir in sugar. Stir together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir into sugar mixture just until blended.
Press grated zucchini between paper towels to remove excess liquid. Fold zucchini and ¾ cup mini chocolate chips into batter. Pour batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle with ¼ cup chocolate chips.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer from pan to a wire rack, and cool completely.
