Cook rice and and broccoli according to package directions.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Whisk in flour, and cook 1 minute. Add milk, broth, salt, and pepper; cook, whisking constantly, 5 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat.
Stir in ½ cup cheese until melted. Stir in chicken, rice, and broccoli. Top with ¼ cup cheese. Cover and cook 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

1 (5-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
3 Tbsp refrigerated balsamic vinaigrette
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Place greens, onion, and berries in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss. Sprinkle with cheese.
