Barbecue-Bacon Cheeseburger Nachos

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp salt-free Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
  • 1 (8-oz) block Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1½ cups vinegar-based barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickle chips
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and wipe skillet clean.
  2. Cook beef and onion in same skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and sprinkle with steak seasoning.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange chips on a greased foil-lined baking sheet; top with beef mixture, bacon, and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Drizzle with barbecue sauce, and top with pickles.
  5. Stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl. Stir in slaw. Spoon over nachos.
