Crescent Sausage Roll-Ups Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg Bob Evans® Original Sausage Links
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (12-oz) can Mountain Dew® soda
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate dough into triangles. Place one sausage link over the wide part of each crescent triangle. Roll up crescents according to package directions, and place in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved; remove from heat, and stir in vanilla.
  3. Stir in soda, and pour mixture over pastry-wrapped sausages. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Dust with powdered sugar.
