Santa Fe Soup
Tortilla ChipsIngredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 (14.5-oz) can petite diced tomatoes
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15.5-oz) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- ½ (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook beef in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to pot. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Top each serving with sour cream.

- Serve chips on the side.
