Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15.5-oz) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15-oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • ½ (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to pot. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Top each serving with sour cream.

  • ½ (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve chips on the side.
