Barbecue Pork Loaded Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg pulled pork barbecue
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup vinegar based barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup hamburger dill chips, chopped
  • 1 (10-oz) angel hair coleslaw
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Arrange fries in a single layer on a lightly greased large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until browned and crisp.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  3. Heat barbecue according to package directions.
  4. Top hot fries with pork, bacon, and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with pickles.
  6. Stir together coleslaw and ranch dressing; spoon over nachos.
