Barbecue Pork Loaded Fries
Ingredients
- 2 (24-oz) pkg frozen waffle fries
- 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
- 1 (16-oz) pkg pulled pork barbecue
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup vinegar based barbecue sauce
- 1 cup hamburger dill chips, chopped
- 1 (10-oz) angel hair coleslaw
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Arrange fries in a single layer on a lightly greased large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until browned and crisp.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Heat barbecue according to package directions.
- Top hot fries with pork, bacon, and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with pickles.
- Stir together coleslaw and ranch dressing; spoon over nachos.
